Map Handoffs Before Automation

AI cannot fix an unclear handoff. Before automating, teams need to know who starts the work, who reviews it, and where it gets stuck.

Practical Move

Draw the workflow as trigger, handoffs, decision points, exceptions, and final output. Only then decide where AI belongs.
